This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home was located in a private cul de sac. There were beautiful West Maui Mountain views from the living room and also nice views of Haleakala and the nearby heiau. The home sold for $420,000 and the buyer received an FHA loan from Wells Fargo Home Mortgage through loan consultant Sandra Rice, who did a great job as the loan seemed flawless from the seller’s vantage point. The home was just a short walk to the Waiehu Terrace park and its basketball court.
