ABOUT KIM

 

• Kim is the Broker-in-Charge of Delmore Realty’s branch office in Honolulu, HI on the island of Oahu.

 

• Kim is an Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation (ABR).

 

• Kim also holds the Certified Residential Specialist designation (CRS), awarded by the Council of Residential Specialists, the highest professional designation awarded to Realtors in the residential sales field, earned by less than 4 percent of Realtors.

 

• Born in Honolulu, raised on Maui, Kim specializes in providing exceptional representation to those buying and selling Oahu real estate.

 

• Recipient of the prestigious Aloha ‘Aina Realtor Award 2003 for Outstanding Newcomer. Selected for providing excellent service and follow-up to clients and to fellow Realtors. Nominated again for an Aloha ‘Aina Award in 2005.

• Honors graduate of the University of San Francisco, B.A. Communication 1998

 

• After graduating from USF, Kim worked in Human Resources and Facilities departments at several companies in the Silicon Valley of California, coordinating high-growth, fast-paced recruiting efforts and facility expansions.

 

• After spending eight years on the mainland, Kim decided to apply her educational and work experiences to a career in real estate. She returned to Maui in 2002 to join Delmore Realty, and sold real estate on Maui from 2002-2004.

 

• Kim worked with Kahala Associates, a boutique real estate company in Honolulu, from 2004-2006, prior to opening Delmore Realty’s Honolulu branch office.

 

• When not representing Buyers and Sellers real estate needs, Kim is often running, swimming or cycling, training for a triathlon, marathon, or other race.
